This request follows the worsening humanitarian crisis in the DRC. The minister wrote to Arsenal, Bayern Munich, and Paris Saint-Germain, questioning the morality of their partnerships. She cited a UN report indicating that there are 4,000 active Rwandan soldiers in the DRC.
